The SBR, FBR and MBR can be completely built in containers or on skids depending on the capacities. The system is completely installed, cabled and tested before transport. On site only the influent and effluent pipes must be connected and power supply for the control panel.
Anaerobic wastewater treatment is based on the conversion of organic pollutants (COD) into biogas in an oxygen free atmosphere. The high performance of UASB reactors have a characteristic COD load of 10-15 kg per m3 per day with excellent treatment efficiencies.
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) processes improve reliability, simplifies operation and requires less space than traditional wastewater treatment systems. MBBR technology employs thousands of polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion within an aerated wastewater treatment basin.
