The SBR, FBR and MBR can be completely built in containers or on skids depending on the capacities. The system is completely installed, cabled and tested before transport. On site only the influent and effluent pipes must be connected and power supply for the control panel.
Anaerobic wastewater treatment is based on the conversion of organic pollutants (COD) into biogas in an oxygen free atmosphere. The high performance of UASB reactors have a characteristic COD load of 10-15 kg per m3 per day with excellent treatment efficiencies.
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) processes improve reliability, simplifies operation and requires less space than traditional wastewater treatment systems. MBBR technology employs thousands of polyethylene biofilm carriers operating in mixed motion within an aerated wastewater treatment basin.

Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) is a separation technique whereby the adherence of micro air bubbles to suspended pollutants in water is used to enhance separation efficiency. DAF is applied when the density of the suspended pollutants is close to that of the water so that gravity separation becomes very difficult.
The Pipe Flocculator consists of a calculated length of pipe which is expanded in diameter along its length in order to facilitate the slower ortho-kinetic floc building up. The pipe is divided into certain lengths that are connected by 180° elbows.
